    This dish is soooooo delicious. I made it for a small dinner party my husband and I had at my home several months ago. Our friends still rave about it to this day!!! They are constantly asking me when am I going to make it again and can they come over!! You only have up to a 5 start rating, but I give it a ten!!

    I'm no cook, and I made this and received rave reviews from my husband. He has requested we put this recipe into our monthly rotation. Impressive indeed.

    I tried this recipe over the weekend, the only substitution I had to make was the poblano, none of our markets had fresh, I had to use the dried ancho, so I rehydrated them, the sauce was still excellent!!
