This is a fantastic recipe! Just add a small shallot and a tablespoon of whole grain mustard to the vinaigrette and you are on your way to a fabulous meal. The time for the bone in breasts will vary based on the size but otherwise everything is on target. Very easy and great flavors. We did risotto and steamed asparagus and truly enjoyed a great meal! Large shitakes are an important component.

Come on folks. First time in the kitchen? Mustard goes in with the vinaigrette and just use a small shallot for this recipe. Anyone who gets to the point of actually cooking the chicken and then is asking questions about ingredients needs to rethink their process. ;-

This recipe was utterly fantastic. I made it for a friend's 4th or July pot luck cook out. Everyone brought a dish. I made mine at her house since she's my best friend and had asked me to make something special. I made it along with Cinnamon-Grilled Peaches (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bbq-with-bobby-flay/cinnamon-grilled-peaches-recipe/index.html with vanilla ice cream and added fresh blackberries, raspberries and strawberries on top. The main course was literally rushed at and engulfed. And everyone constantly complimented me the entire party. They liked the peaches but were ecstatic about the chicken.

Just saw this episode and Bobby DOES use whole grain mustard...looks like about 1/2 to 1 tbs. He first grabbed a jar of smooth mustard then changes his mind. I am not sure where anyone got that the recipe has shallots in it, but it does not.

There are great recipes here, however, several have major typos. Pls hire a proofreader!

would've been nice to have known you wanted SHALLOTS before i started cooking everything...and, uhh, what were we supposed to do with the whole grain mustard?? There are way too many recipes on this website with obvious typos, which result in awfully botched meals. Maybe you should have someone proofread this stuff before you post it. BTW, this recipe DID taste great. :
