Amazing flavor! My husband said that this is one of the best dishes I have ever made!

It was a hit! Easy to make but expensive ingredients to buy! The cheese alone is over $20.00 & the prosciutoo was another $15.00 + chicken and toppings, a bit too pricey to make again. But we enjoyed every bite!

Awesome...this will be my go to recipe for summer entertaining! The chicken was perfect. The arugula makes it outstanding...and so easy!

I used Brie with this recipe. This is truly a fun, relatively inexpensive, and delicious meal for any occasion! I can't wait to serve it to my boss! She'll be so impressed! Tender, Juicy, full of flavor! I just fell back in my seat! And it didn't touch my waistline either! Great with a glass of chilled Frascati. As always, Bobby Flay showcases his genius style of grilling! Xoxo

My husband and I LOVED this recipe! For the cheese, I used the Alouette brand creme de brie, which was delicious. The grilled lemon really brightened the dish, too. This recipe is a keeper!

Awesome. I changed that cheese, I used swiss cheese and it's really awesome. Everybody enjoyed it. :D

Outstanding!! I just changed the cheese to Gruyere because I did not have the other cheese and it was a huge hit at a party! Definite keeper. I sliced the breast into individual smaller portions so I could serve it as a warm appetizer. It was flavorful and delicious. The arugula was KEY with adding just the right final touch. Without it, the flavor was missing a bit of something. Don't forget the arugula! Wonderful!

My husband and I normally love Bobby Flay recipes, but this did not live up to his normal standards. The chicken was tender, but had no real flavor. The Brie was too mild as well. Overall, this entree lacked any real flavor, and the lemon did little to enhance the meal. We were very disappointed.
