Wow, not bad at all, loved the chicken! very juicy. My 12 year son repeated 3 times! and he had never done that before! As for the salad, dressing was yummy, but next time I would replace the arugula for baby spinach instead. Taste was too strong for me.

This recipe was awesome. I did some substitutions, didn't have arugula so used romaine. Added some thinly sliced fennel to the salad. I really enjoyed serving the salad on top of the chicken, was very refreshing and healthy tasting. Also grilled it on the George Foreman 360 grill for about 4 minutes. Quick, easy, healthy...and tasted great. Will be on my list of quick weeknight meals! A definite go to recipe.

Quick, easy and very tasty dinner! The flavors were light and bright. Everyone at the table enjoyed it. The peppery arugula and onions really brought out the citris in the chicken.

This is a great, fast, fresh tasting dish that I make regularly. The marinade helps keep the chicken moist. It also is great cold in a salad.
