really great, this marinade is all-purpose. we served this along side BBQ & hot sauce. I will use this again.

This is soooo easy, light, tasty and filling. My husband likes it and he is a meat and potatoes man. I serve it at least once a week. I find that the longer you leave the chicken in the lemon/oil, the better the flavor.

I found the chicken to be bland. I was really excited to try this recipe and I really just found it to be lacking flavor.

Although the chicken was perfectly cooked, I could barely taste the marinade and I thought the pairing with the salad wasn't the best (the salad by itself wasn't that great either. At the end my wife looked at me and said "there are better chicken recipes." Sorry Iron Chef!

I was excited to try this recipe because of all the good reviews. But I found it really ho-hum. The chicken didn't have a ton of flavor, so it was basically just a slightly more interesting grilled chicken breast on greens. Not really a delicious chicken paillard dish.

This was a good dish, but I substituted the arugula for mixed greens. Very tasty in the summer!
