We really enjoyed this recipe, it was a great combinations of flavors, textures, and heat! Our store did not have the watercress so I substituted arugula instead and it worked out as a great sub. I thought the Chardonnay vinegar was good, but not sure it was worth the premium price compared to white wine vinegar. Also since I did not see the show, I did not know about recommended sides so I went ahead and cooked some rice. My wife was glad I did, but I really don't think this dish needs a side.....maybe a good crusty bread would be good.

This dish comes together so easily, and is a great blend of tastes and textures. Awesome blend of flavors. This is a new favorite in my home.

Delicious, flavorful- we have made it twice since the show aired and I am making it again tomorrow.
We did not have apricot jam, so we used what we had (red pepper jelly it worked just as well. The salad is delicious and fresh, the dressing made the entire dish - love the flavored vinegar with mustard flavor - the entire dish is balanced and we ate the whole thing!
No wonder Bobby calls the show BBQ Addict - this recipe is addicting.

The flavors are so delicious! I made this for a family BBQ and it turned out great. I put the chicken on a bed of couscous, then topped with the grape salad. In place of watercress, I used spinach on top of the grapes. I'll definitely make this again.

This is really delish, healthy and easy. I used white wine vinegar (not chardonnay specific, used 1 jalapeno instead of 3 serrano and served on a bed of spinach instead of using the watercress. This will go in our regular rotation.

This is truly a 5 star dish--it looks great on the plate and it tastes even better! I served this to my family and even my three year old grandson loved it. I was so impressed that I took pictures and posted it Facebook. I served this with a red potato, corn, tomato and basil salad.
