I will definitely be making these again! Very tasty. I used Maine Clams instead of the LIttleneck & I think they worked out perfectly. Thanks Bobby!

Have made these twice for gatherings and have managed to eat only ONE because they disappear so fast! First time I made them, I didn't drain grease from bacon and the clam (my one and only tasted a little greasy. Second time I drained most of the grease before adding rest. Next time I will place a piece of mozzarella on top before grilling for a spin on clams casino. Thanks for a great recipe, Bobby.

My husband and I swallowed the gems around the Barbeque. We didn't even take time to get them to the table!

Too much bacon and I would've liked it with larger clams... This was my first attempt and I will try again! Thanks for the recipe.

I made this on Saturday night and they were really good. I steamed the clams in water with Old Bay seasoning until they opened and then split them apart. The only thing I would do differently is to use less breadcrumbs. I thought a 1/2 cup was way to much. Other than that, fantastic!

I made these last night for a going away party for my Brother and his family. Yum! We had kids who would never TOUCH a clam, scarfing them down like there was no tomorrow!

The hardest part was splitting the clams open.... Any ideas on how to make that job easier?

Yup! that's right, this recipe is very easy to follow. I had a great time making this not only for the first time I made my hubby eat clams but he asked me to make more the following day! At my hubby's request I added up some minced mushroom on it! Thank you Bobby Flay for such wonderful recipe!
