This is awesome! I have made this several times and it is always a huge hit. I did experiment, however. I didn't have ears of corn on one occasion and used frozen corn instead. I still grilled it, and it came out perfect. I have also grilled chicken breasts and put that in the corn salad to make a whole meal. My family loves this!

Great recipe I've made it several times and its always a huge success. I did experiment a little with it. Since its summertime one of our neighbors gave us lots of corn form their garden and the first thing I could think of was to make this salad. I used up all of the corn and had decent sized leftovers. I couldn't bear to throw it out so I made it into a soup instead. I had made the whole batch with out blue cheese since my husband isn't a big fan. I blended the ingredients and added a little milk to loosen the consistency used the blue cheese to garnish the top for my serving instead. It can be eaten hot or cold. It was very tasty. I was skeptical about the milk but it worked out. I served it with some pita chips and toasted baguette.

Made this for the first time last night and my husband instructed me to KEEP this recipe - we both loved it! I made the fresh basil vinaigrette with honey and Dijon mustard. We'll definitely be having this one again soon.

Quite delicious! Make extra basil dressing. Great use for a prolific basil bush! Will use it for marinating chicken. I put corn in husk in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then pulled the husks off, and put on the grill to mark it. The char added flavor and color. I did not use the cheese, there was plenty of complex flavor in the salad without it.

Corn and tomatoes scream summer to me and I found this for a comapny cookout. I substituted frozen corn, since I'm dangerous with knives, halved the amount of onion, decreased the amount of cheese a bit and held back on the dressing (had the rest on the side for people who wanted more. It was a pretty big hit!!

I first saw this recipe in one of Bobby's grilling books and made it on of all days St. Patrick's Day for a cookout. We were transported to summer! What a fantastic taste, very fresh. I also made homemade tortilla chips by quartering corn tortillas, drizzling with some canola oil and seasoning with salt, pepper and cumin, then roasting on a rack over a roasting tray in the oven for ~ 10 minutes at 425, 450, then used them to scoop up the salad.

Great recipe! I don't like blue cheese so I substituted it for feta. Everyone always asks for the recipe.

This was truly delicious. I used FETA instead because I hate blue cheese. My dad made me make this for him for three days straight
