This is absolutely delicious, and the fact that you add the blue cheese at the end is a good idea for me, because not everyone in my family likes it. I would serve the blue cheese on the side and my family and friends could crumble on as much or as little as they like. I don't think the salad needs it, and I like blue cheese! I would make again, no doubt about it!

Everyone loved it. The only issue I had with it was the ammount of dressing was quite a bit - maybe my ears of corn were small or something but the corn and tomatoes were swimming in the dressing and I ended up having to drain some off before serving. I did leave out the sugar and replaced it with a spoonful of honey and a spoonful of dijon mustard. Next time I make it I will use 10 ears of corn and perhaps not quite so much dressing

I have made this salad several times and always receive the best compliments. Instead of the blue cheese, I use feta and it seems to be a huge compliment to the sweetness of the corn and onions. I will continue to use this as a favorite summertime receipe.

I only used 1/2 of the onion and sliced super thin. I also used feta instead of blue cheese. It's fantastic! I have friends request this at potlucks and bbq's.

Delish! The dressing is fabulous and fresh tasting and the colors of the salad are bright and so deliciously seasonal. I followed the video version with the mustard (I used Dijion and the honey. I estimated about 1 tablespoon each. I husked the corn and grilled it so it would have some pretty char marks. The taste was sensational. Also, as in the video, I minced the onion. I used a food processor to make the dressing. We gobbled it up!

He used dijon mustard and honey instead of sugar (as in the printed recipe in the video. The salad is fantastic! I made it with the mustard and honey and cut out the sugar and it added so much more flavor than just the sugar would have done.

Seriously fantastic. The blue cheese makes the recipe. Grilled the corn in the husks over high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5. I'm going to be making this all summer.

This dish was delicious and refreshing! I would make the onion slices shorter next time. I also only used half of an onion, and there were still plenty.
