This salad is delicious and easy to make. I watched the show where Bobby makes it and he added 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard to the dressing. However, this ingredient does not appear on the list. The mustard adds a lot of flavor.
    One of my favorites!

I am not a bleu cheese fan so I opted to omit the bleu cheese. Also, I used frozen corn that was slightly steamed and cooled. The salad turned out delicious. On the second day I added mozzarella cheese crumbles, like for a salad and it was delicious as well! Will make again, I want more right now!

Yes after doing a taste test the husband was sad to see it leave the house. As a matter of fact I am using this once again for our romantic picnic! We both loved this dish and it will be a favorite summer dish!

The blue cheese on top gives it a kick...but be careful not to put too much otherwise it will overwhelm the delicate combination on basil, corn, tomato and onions!

One of the best summer salads going. I did add the avacado as it was mentioned in another review and it put it over the top.

I love this corn salad, just like on the cob but better with basil and tomatoes. I made it to have with fried chicken for my nephews and they loved it, too. I'm making it this weekend to go with BBQ steaks...the boys asked for it...

I loved this recipe - the only change I made was that I also grilled the vidalia onions before adding them - delicious!

I was very excited to try this after seeing it on the show and reading all the rave reviews. Not that it was bad, it just didn't push me over the edge to make again. The blue cheese was nice and the basil was a nice fresh touch but it seemed to be lacking some acidity or something I can't put my finger on. Oh well, live cook and learn!

I really loved this recipe, I made it for a BBQ and it went over really well!! Although, I almost liked it better as a salsa, either was is really good! I used less onion (I am not an onion lover. I loved the way that the blue cheese flavor mixed so well with the other flavors...it is a MUST try! Also would be great as a mexican side dish!!
