    This is a great salad. It is perfect for a summer side dish and is very portable. I just let it sit for a couple hours on the counter before adding the blue cheese. Very tasty!

    I did the salad a little different using what I like and ingredients that I had on hand.....used frozen corn, cut off the cob and used Feta Cheese. This is a delicious salad....a keeper for sure!

    I tried this recipe recently and it was a huge hit in our household! Unfortunately, (good quality fresh corn was not an option, but grilled frozen corn worked extremely well. I also added crumbled bacon the second time around and it was a delicious addition. Thumbs up for this one!

    I had all of the ingredients on hand except for the blue cheese, so I used feta cheese. It was really good! Next time I'll try the blue cheese.

    This was a simple recipe to follow and tasted great too. For guests who may not like to eat blue cheese what could you substitute for it in the recipe?
