My go to way to serve fresh corn on the cob. If you can't get really fresh corn (i.e. supermarket variety or if they are a little tough, try brining them first for about 30 min. in 2qts water with 1/2 cup salt (1 cup if using Kosher or sea salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
This is a very easy way to grill corn. I will be using this method from now on. Very easy to manage with other items on the grill.
This is a super simple recipe - we served it at a BBQ and repeatedly had people asking for the "recipe." They were incredulous when they heard how easy it was. Tons of flavor (we grilled over hardwood charcoal.
The whole family raved about this corn! I used a Chipotle infused olive oil (I thought Bobby would approve!but changed nothing else.....easy and delicious! Grilling really brings out a whole different flavor in the corn.....may never boil corn again!
Perfection! EASY and I didn't even burn myself : )-
Easy, fast, and delicious! Simple but great flavor!
This is quick and easy, comes out great every time! There's no need to give a 1 star review for a photo Jeremy- the rating is for the food, not the picture.
    Jeremy, reallly?! Get a life.
The photo on your website if of grilled fish, the recipe is for grilled corn on the cob! Hope you correct this mistake.
easy, not swimming in butter, the starch carmelizes on the corn making butter or oil really irrelevant. I use a little sea salt and a squirt of fresh lime and maybe some fresh ground pepper and get raves every time.
This is the first time I've had corn grilled and didn't know if I should do it with the husk on or not. I chose to do it without the husk and oh my goodness!! This is the only way now that my family will eat it! Great Flavor - even the 3 year old approves. I just basted the melted salted butter on top and poof, they were gone.
I will never do corn any other way.
Great recepie for quick and easy grilled corn.....by far the best I have seen
