My go to way to serve fresh corn on the cob. If you can't get really fresh corn (i.e. supermarket variety or if they are a little tough, try brining them first for about 30 min. in 2qts water with 1/2 cup salt (1 cup if using Kosher or sea salt and 1/4 cup sugar. item not reviewed by moderator and published

This is a super simple recipe - we served it at a BBQ and repeatedly had people asking for the "recipe." They were incredulous when they heard how easy it was. Tons of flavor (we grilled over hardwood charcoal. item not reviewed by moderator and published
The whole family raved about this corn! I used a Chipotle infused olive oil (I thought Bobby would approve!but changed nothing else.....easy and delicious! Grilling really brings out a whole different flavor in the corn.....may never boil corn again! item not reviewed by moderator and published

The photo on your website if of grilled fish, the recipe is for grilled corn on the cob! Hope you correct this mistake. item not reviewed by moderator and published
easy, not swimming in butter, the starch carmelizes on the corn making butter or oil really irrelevant. I use a little sea salt and a squirt of fresh lime and maybe some fresh ground pepper and get raves every time. item not reviewed by moderator and published
