Bobby did it again with this corn, its so amazingly good. I made it with the soy ginger shrimp from the same episode. LOVED IT! Im sorry the professional corn roaster below thinks that they can get their 15 mins of fame by bashing this recipe on here, but this is a great grilled corn recipe.
We had guests last night and everyone loved their corn!

Recently Bobby Flay , the best on Food Network, gave a receipe for grilled corn. He did everything wrong about cooking fresh corn. If he wants a throwdown with the best corn roaster in the west, thats me!!!! I will challenge him any day to a tasting. His handleing of the corn was completly againist the better meant of roasting corn. Please contact me and I will show him how to roast corn. This is the only thing I have seen him mess up on and having been a proffessional corn roaster for ytears I DO KNOW CORN!!!!

The corn was perfect, and the dill complimented the sweet, fresh corn. We all fought over the last cob! We paired it w/ simple grilled shrimp and a green salad; the perfsct summer meal. We don't have a food processor, so I just nuked the butter for 10 seconds to soften, then mixed it with the chopped fresh dill. It worked perfectly. We'll defnitely make again!

I have never made corn-on-the-cob this way,and it was wonderful! I put the butter on the side so people would have a choice of plain or seasoned. I tied some cooking thread around the husks to hold them nicely closed for good steaming. I will make this again and again. This is the best way to eat corn.
Thanks Bobby.
