Loved this, found the cheese at Walmart. Used Jalapeno pepper for milder flavor. Will make this again and again. Cotija cheese is great in all kinds of Mexican dishes.

It was quick and easy to make, but sadley it is an adult taste my son did not like it. I give it four star for flavor!

I intended to follow this recipe exactly as stated to discover we were out of propane. Left corn whole, soaked 30 minutes and placed in oven at 450 degrees for 25 minutres, removed husk and seasoned per this recipe it rocked!

Have made this corn a few times a few different ways! Still haven't found the cheese but it is great without it! Hoping to find the right cheese today!

The garlic butter, lime and cheese make for a delicious topping for the grilled corn. I had never heard of cotija cheese but found it easily at Whole Foods and it is tasty and easy to work with. Will definitely be making this again as unique way to enjoy corn on the cob. The cheese falls off so have to take a bite of corn and then use spoon to pick up some of the cheese from the plate so it is a bit awkward to eat but so tasty it is worth it.

This is absolutely the most amazing corn on the cob we've ever tasted. First bite, and we were groaning. You'll never make corn another way after trying this method. We had a hard time keeping the cheese on, but even without it, this is fabulous! Thanks for another winner, Bobby.

This is absolutely the best corn on the cob ever! My family loves it. Now, I can't ever go back to plain ole' boiled corn on the cob.

I made this delicious dish last night ? with steak fajitas ? for my wife and I; we both loved it. I substituted three chipolte peppers in obode for the habanero (which gave the garlic butter a sweeter/smokey taste and served it with fresh homemade salsa.
