    I made this delicious dish last night ? with steak fajitas ? for my wife and I; we both loved it. I substituted three chipolte peppers in obode for the habanero (which gave the garlic butter a sweeter/smokey taste and served it with fresh homemade salsa.

    I made this recipe for the 4th of July & everyone (about 15 people was still talking about it 2 weeks later. Great idea and also found a new use for a great cheese.

    Loved this--so easy and it tastes like i've never tasted corn before. Great when having friends/family over for a BBQ!

    This is the only way my husband and I will eat corn from now on. It was so simple and I am definitely not a great cook. This is something that I would feel comfortable cooking for a crowd of people. The garlic habanerro pepper butter was incredible. We added a little more habanerro to spice it up.

    So easy to make and the guests at my bbq were so impressed! The garlic butter is fabulous and I could not find the cotija cheese, so I just substituted chihuahua cheese...turned out great!

    My guests loved the heat that the pepper added to the garlic butter and it was so easy to throw the corn on the grill while I was grilling the other meats.
