I used yeast that was fresh and checked again to make sure I followed directions for the flat bread correctly as far as I could tell. The dough was like glue, too soft to knead, though I did for a long time and far too soft and wet to go on the grill unless it was on top of greased aluminum foil. Which is how I eventually cooked the bit I could salvage. It did puff up and was pretty good with olive oil with salt and pepper. There was salt on the ingredient list but I missed how it went in the flatbread, so I assumed you sprinkled it on top with the pepper. What a mess my kitchen now is from this flatbread. OMG I pray that my sink is not clogged. Does anyone know what happened?

The pita bread is genuine...flavor, texture, aroma, etc. The cucumber salad is good and you can modify the size of cuts, the amount of flavors, etc. Keep this recipe.

The cucumber salad was very tasty but the highlight of this recipe was the flatbread. Man was it good. Wonderful texture and flavor and super simple. It was great served hot right off the grill.
