I've made this many times, and it's perfect every time. The dough is very easy to make. I'm not a huge fan of oregano, so I use basil. I've also made this with spinach, goat cheese and prosciutto. It's a great recipe to put your own spin on!

I am reading Bobby's cookbook Boy Meets Grill from the library with this recipein it, and the website here should say Basil, not Oregano. And they taste great. I made them with the grilled chicked quesedillas with buttermilk dressing, which are phenomena, too.l

This is a great recipe and really not that hard to make. The one thing that I did change was that I mixed dried rosemary into the dough and it really made a difference in the taste. Excellent meal that is really pretty light.

The flavors are fresh and very complimentary. I have made the flatbread from the recipe and I have also used a pizza dough from a can on the grill. The flatbread is obviously much better, but the refrigerator dough is great when time is a factor. But why does the title say oregano and there is no oregano in the recipe? The basil is my favorite part anyway.

This took a while but oh man was it good. I love that I can now make flatbread. Thank you Bobby!

Really good and refreshing for the summer. Even with the fresh basil it lacks a little bit of flavor. I think I will make it again except next time I will reduce some balsamic and drizzle that on.

Not as good as the bean/meat flat bread.

I also used pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough, and rolled it very thin and cooked on the grill... worked very well, fast, and tasty.
