I made notes for myself to use ,
1.Less coconut,Mango and go easy on Celantro.Too much of any and it will over power crab.I think for the money I want to taste Crab!!! a bit more.
2.Add little more Honey, more balanced and will not diminish Crab.

I thought the flavors were excellent but would cut back to one T. hot sauce I would not pour all of the dressing over the hearts of palm and crab. The combination of flavors is really fantastic though and easy to prepare. I used Fresh Alaska King Crab rather than canned crab.

This is a great dish. If you are in a hurry, don't grill the hearts of palm.

This has a great mix of different flavors. Grilling the hearts of palm is pretty innovative and changes the taste and texture, I loved it.

I didn't like this recipe. If you do try it, I recommend cutting the habanero sauce in half...unless you really like HOT.
