    The chicken did get a chance to absorb the flavor all the way through. So I suggest to marinade in the Honey and Balsamic. The pea and mint sauce is a major hit. The sauce would spice up anything. Even put it in some lentils for a side dish and wow it was awesome. The vinegar, honey, pepper, mint, and cilantro are such strong tastes that really make your taste buds jump all over.

    The chicken turned out great. The slight honey taste with the cilantro pea sauce was fantastic. We'll definitely make this again.

    I thought this recipe was fabulous! So flavorful. However my boyfriend didnt much care for it. i think its because of the bright green pea sauce, that my boyfriend thought looked like Nickolodean Green Slime. I think kids would really dig this! I thought the cilantro and mint combo was delicious.

    It was fun and a delight making this dish. It has many different flavors mixed so it requires a complex taste but depending on the person, just changing the ratio between say the sweetness (honey and other ingredients can make it attractive to anyone. We loved it as it was suggested.

    It looked so good on the show. I don't know if the measurements are wrong or what but this smelled and tasted gross. Maybe it was the cilantro? Will never make again. Without the sauce, the chicken is good

    This dish is easy to prepare and it tastes absolutely wonderful. We doubled the recipe because it was so good! The pea sauce is excellent and the jalapeno pepper is the key!

    Next time I might try marinating in the baste and then patting it all off before grilling..I used it for the last 2 or 3 minutes and it burned the bottom of the chicken.
    The sauce was wonderful but there must be an error regarding the amount of vinegar. I noticed it when I read it but thought since Bobby's recipes are so great, that it would all turn out. I tried to compensate by adding more oil and honey but I should have just started over again.. I will try the sauce again though. It was really good otherwise. I have his book Grilling for Life and it is excellent.
