Disappointing...although the flavors were inspired they were just odd tasting, and we felt that overall it was just kind of bland. Won't make again

Delicious. I can't really say enough. A little involved (I made it in January in WA so a lot of in and out of the house. Will make it again when we can stay outside for the whole process and should be easier, but well worth it. I used a little hotter peppers than the poblanos and we loved it. The salsa is great with chips also.

The salsa is awesome! A little work to get it to completion, however, worth every minute. The star to me in this dish was the apricot preserve glaze - Wow. It sounded a bit strange for this dish but it fits right in there and adds a nice flavor to the sausage and the salsa. My wife raved about this dish to family and friends.....I wonder if she wants me to make this again?

OMG! These were delicious and very simple to make. We actually used a store bought mango salsa and added the jalapeno and red onion. This is a keeper in our house.

This dish was fantastic! The sweet & spicy sausage with the sweet glaze- perfect! Didn't find it time consuming at all. Had the peppers, onion and chili roasting on the grill while prepping the sausage and glaze. Was short a jalapeño for the glaze so used the canned fire roasted jalapeños, but only half the can & it was fine. My husband & daughter also loved it! Will make again soon; great recipe to start off the summer grilling season!! Thanks Bobby!!

Outstanding salsa and glaze for the sausage! We can hardly wait for Summer to grill this for our friends on the Lake.

This was delicious. Though a bit time consuming to make, the flavors were incredible. On the show, Bobby filled the corn tortillas with the sausage and the cheese then lightly oiled the outside of the tortillas and put them back on the grill to melt the cheese. I highly recommend doing this step, because it makes the tortilla crispy and delicious.
