My whole family enjoyed this dinner, even my 4 year old son! That said, the chicken was not spicy at all, but did have a good flavor. I even marinated it for over 48 hours and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I served the chicken over rice, with the salsa on top. It was a big hit and we will definately have it again!

First, I noticed that there is a mango/cilantro "relish", and a "salsa" recipe. I tried the relish (the one with less ingredients and it was awesome. Very light, refreshing flavor and great for summertime. The jerk marinade for the chicken was also fantastic. Beautifully balanced flavors and not overpowering at all. My guests loved it, even the ones that had not necessarily had a taste for island flavors. These are keepers for your grill arsenal.

Very good recipe. i had to baste it to get that extra flavor. If you are sensitive to spicy or hot food then dont baste. The mango salsa was a perfect compliment to this chicken

I agree with previous reviews that this wasn't as spicy as I like my jerk chicken.

This was great. My husband loved it. Although I will marinate it for 48 hours next time.

Used the marinade on shrimp - marinaded for 30 minutes - then roasted in 400 degree oven for 6 minutes. Excellent!!

I served this at a dinner party and everyone loved it! It was great to marinade it the day before. An hour before the party, we grilled it and then kept it warm under foil in the oven, so we wouldn't be grilling in the dark. It worked out great!
