excellent flavor - suggestion: marinate for 2 days prior in a jerk marinade for extra flavor.

Seems that the chicken must be marinaded for a verrrrrry long time to be tasty. Not bad but did not have that zip!

We made this for a dinner party and it was a huge hit! Though it was a bit time-consuming prepping -- all of the prep work can be done well in advance so that at dinner time it's quick and easy on the grill and very little clean-up. The marinade and sauce were both spicy but not so spicy that you missed out on the flavor. We received rave reviews from all of our guests.

I made the salsa as a lark since I was really looking for a grilled chicken recipe - the chicken was very good, but the mango salsa was the real hit.

Delicious. I think it will be best if it was marinated for 48 hrs. The mango salsa was awesome..

We loved eating at a nearby Cuban restaurant which sometimes offered a mango salsa and we were hooked. Did a simple search on FoodNetwork for a mango cilantro salsa and this receipe came up. I could not have come closer to the restaurant version unless they gave me their recipe. It is truly awesome!! Thanks so much.

Quite possibly one of the best meals we have ever made...and we are food network addicts! We used chicken breasts since we don't eat dark meat and put it all over white rice. We marinaded it for 24 hours and next time will probably let it marinade for 48 hours to get it a little spicier. Really excellent. A friend of mine who doesn't even like mangoes loved it and kept raving about it. My husband loved the left-over mango salsa with chips.

This is some of the *best* jerk chicken I've ever had. Made it for my family and they couldn't get enough. Don't skip the mango relish to take some of the heat out of it.

I am giving the stars soley on the salsa. I will keep this salsa recipe forever. I let the chicken marinate for almost 24 hours.. it was like 4 hours short of 24 and no one commented on the chicken at all. They did comment on the Spicy baby Back ribs I got from this website but nothing on the chicken. :-( The raves over the salsa made up for it and I plan to make it for every family bar-b-q from now on.
