this is a great recipe, but what makes it fantastic is the mango salsa. YUM!

Very easy and the left over salsa is great on tortilla chips!

Honestly, I think I should have saved some of the marinade for the end to baste with...But, the mango relish was awesome & it saved my chicken from tasting bland.
This recipe has promise though :

I thought this was pretty good. Everyone is right that if you want something with a big kick, this is not it, which was great with me, because I only wanted a little spiciness. The only thing with this recipe is there are a ton of ingredients and while it's good, I'm not sure the payoff is that great, for all the stuff that goes into it. It's good but I won't make it again.

If I could rate this a 10 star I would. It is great in the summer on the grill. I used a pepper sauce in place of the scotch bonnets (not that brave and a lemon in place of a lime. LOVED IT! Thanks Bobby! Rock on!

This perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and tangy is must do! Bobby Flay is the master of the perfect bite. Although his ingredient lists are long, the climb is always worth the view.

The chicken had the flavor of jerk, but I wanted more heat. Maybe put two scothbonnet peppers instead of one. I marinated the chicken for three days, which helped with the flavor, but I wonder if there is a dry rub recipe that would add more of a kick?

I don't know how this can be called "jerk" chicken. There is no spicy flavor. NONE

The mango salsa is good, but all mango salsa is good!

I didn't try the chicken, but the salsa is awesome. I usually don't add the oregano. And, I add red bell peppers and a jalepeno. It is wonderful with salmon!
