Excellent recipe! Made it last Valentine's Day... making it again this Valentine's Day. Who needs to go out when you can make something as special and delish right in your own home? Bobby never lets ya down.

This recipe is a huge hit with my family! I make it with already separated chops (instead of a rack and I think it really allows the marinade to permeate. Tastes so much more complicated than it is!

We wanted something quick, but different from other recipes we use on lamb chops. This was an excellent recipe, even though we did not have time to marinate (we will marinate longer next time. Highly recommended!

These were fantastic. The lemon really adds that last snap of flavor. My wife doesn't like lamb and she complimented me 3 times on these. The only thing I did different was add a teaspoon of frest minced rosemary to the marinade as well. This is a keeper!

This was a super easy receipe that we have tried several times. Every time its better than the last. Always go light on seasoning and stuff until we try it out, but with lamb that tastes this good we go full tilt! I love Bobby Flay and receipes ROCK!

I love this recipe with Lamb, but it also works excellently with Chicken. I like to marinate it in a zip top bag over night, and it makes for a super quick dinner.

I made this under the broiler and it was just as good as on the grill. Very easy and full of flavor. The boyfriend loved it !!!!!

I would suggest letting this marinate quite a while to really get the flavors absorbed.

I think that bobby flay did an outstanding job on this dish and you are foolish if you have tried this and not liked it. The lamb chops were tender and full to the top with flavor from the garlic adding flavor, the olive oil giving it a lighter weight in your mouth, the fresh thyme gave it more flavor just like the garlic, and last the grilled lemons giving it a bit of zest to keep the mood flowing. All my friends loved the dish and now it is one of my favorites.
