I followed the recipe exactly. The hummus had no flavor so I added more lemon juice and more garlic. The chile oil was also bland bland bland. If I made it again, I would let the chiles sit in the oil for a longer time before straining them out. The eggplant did not taste good and I really like eggplant! horrible from the start! Would leave zero stars if possible.

The hummus on this pizza is fantastic! The pizza is amazing, of course. Thanks, Bobby.

This was a wonderful alternate pizza for a neighbor that is a vegetarian. I cut off time by using store bought hummus and red chili oil. The eggplant was so good it tasted like steak. The pizza is awesome!

Everyone for whom I have made this recipe has loved it!! I use my own hummus recipe, but Bobby's is also very tasty. Careful grillin' the lavash, keep flipping it until it's nice and toasted. This makes for a crunchy thin crust pizza!! The grilled eggplant and feta is just yum!!This could be a great appetizer when cut into small pieces or I have eaten it for dinner as well.

Used purchased dough, rolled it thin. The flavors combine really nicely - we make it all the time.

I've made the Hummus twice and each time it has been outstanding. I increased the cayenne a little and the kick is great. The lavash is fun and readily available.

I grilled and froze a bunch of eggplant last fall when we had an overabundance from our CSA. I used canned garbanzos and added some sundried tomatoes in oil with parmesan. Yum-o!
I made and broiled in about 15 minutes.

I made this recipe as closely as possible, except I cut the oil in the hummus down to 1/4 cup. I could not find lavash so I used 4 flatout flatbreads to make individual pizzas. I used storebought "Boyajian" chili oil, I don't think that made any difference, and I couldn't grill because of the weather so I used the broiler. That said, I would have given this 5 stars except the leftovers were not very good, the hummus got dry and the flatbread got soft...not crispy like the first time. If you are going to eat this all in one sitting it is highly recommended.

I didn't have ingredients to make whole recipe, but Bobby's version of hummus is the best I've ever had. I added some chipotles for a little extra heat. I had to make another batch after a dinner party because my guests scarfed it all down and I'd had my heart set on leftovers! A++++++
