AMAZING! A hit with my girlfriends. I served it as an appetizer for a girls-night-out pre-party. I subsituted crab for the lobster, added mango (this is a key addition and made it really YUM!, and did not use the watercress leaves because I couldn't find any. I can't wait to make again, seems super healthy too :

INCREDIBLE...Beware, this could get addictive! But, as usual, FoodNetwork does not proof-read recipes before putting them on the website. Mark this recipe with "Add lemon juice to dressing, to taste." I used one, 8oz tail for 2 servings and didn't think it was enough so I added 4, jumbo size shrimp that I grilled along with the tail. Definitely add the watercress and cilantro. I also added some sweet, pickled red peppers. Great flavor and texture to this dish. Elegant, company fare.

Altough this dish was tasty, I felt that the dressing overpowered the star of the dish, the lobster, to such a degree that it was completely lost. I probably won't try this one again, but if I did, I'd scale back on the horseradish quite a bit. Use arugula instead of watercress. It was nice. Bobby added lime juide (so did I on the show. Without it, I can't imagine how strong this dressing would have been.

Love this. Great combination of tastes. I read the review regarding the watercress and I agree. I too watched the video because it was a recipe from a grill show but nowhere in the recipe did it talk about grilling the lobster--it just says to par boil it! I par boiled it for just a few seconds then grilled it just to get light grill marks and it turned out perfect. Food Network needs a proof-reader!

I made this after watching the "Grill It" show. I remembered that on the show . Bobby added watercress, so I did, too. The peppery watercress taste is essential. Now that I printed the recipe, I noticed that Bobby has the same recipe from a "Boy Meets Grill" show, and that recipe does call for 1/4 cup of watercress. Great taste and looks beautiful as well.

My wife saw this on the show this morning and we tried it for dinner tonight. Used shrimp instead of lobster, seared on the grill for 1 minute a side. Well balanced acid and heat. Served over fresh cilantro leaves in a large wine glass. Nice light dinner for the Texas heat, with a light Pinot Grigio. Will make again.
