    I don't like seafood, but when I saw that corn avocado salsa, I had to make it! Made it w/o the creme fraiche, and it was still amazing! Can't wait to make it again!

    Bobby's well known for coming up with some imaginative and delicious dishes. This is one of his best. The salsa, thanks to the corn being grilled with the husks on, is beyond good....way, way beyond! As you can see from the ingredient list, there are a lot of differing flavors and textures at work here. But the proportions are spot on so there is a perfect balance to the dish. Sort of like a symphony orchestra that's playing at its best. Do try this one! Slainte!

    The corn avocado salsa was great. I made it without even charring the veggies and had it by itself as a side. So-o-o good!

    I agree with carchev1! This recipe is worth dreaming about! I made it with shrimp instead of lobster, times are tough and money doesn't flow as easily as it used to, i remember when lobster was a dish we had once a week before the factory shut down and all the jobs were shipped to Singapore. But that's fodder for another venue.Thank you Mr. Flay for your inspiring menus and gleaming talent as not only a chef but a food hero. I deem you Professor Grill, the sultan of Charcoal!
