    A great, tasty alternative to the standard. Not at all overpowering to the lobster flavor. Great paired with Mac & Cheese or Corn Bread.

    We did this recipe twice; first as proscribed, and then using preserved lemon and guajillo peppers. It was great the first time. Our style the second time. Thanks for the idea Bobby.

    We went a little light on the cooking as the tails were small and this seemed like a lot of time....they were just done, but I think you could safely use the times given...I used a jalapeno instead of the chilis, as that's what I had,....it was delicious. Thanks Bobby!

    Absolutely fantastic! My husband parred down the portions, since it was just the two of us, but I wish he had made more! It was really easy, and REALLY delicious. Go make it now!!
