    I served this to our gourmet dinner club (8 people. They loved it! Everyone ate every last morsel (they were 1 1/2" chops, a little over 3/4 lb each. I made the recipe as is except I might have gone a little heavier on the garlic and ginger as they are favorites. I will do this one over and over again. Great marinade!!!

    just make it today and my husband loved it!i just skip the peanut butter but its still turns out really good!

    There are a lot of ingredients in the marinade but the flavor comes through to the grilled meat. Grill for about 7-8 minutes TOTAL! I love veal chops.
