Loved it. Easy peazy! I subbed the blue cheese for crumbled feta, and toasted some sliced almonds to top it with. Awesome!

I have made this at least once a week for most of the summer, either with nectarines or peaches. It's so easy and delicious!

We make these for dessert all the time. We substitute peaches and they're wonderful. Great when entertaining - it's not too heavy or sweet after a full meal.

Incredible taste Bobby keeps these suckers coming. Great dessert when grillin' and chillin'.
