This recipe is as good as it sounds! I loved it and wish I made more actually. The only things I tweaked were using balsamic vin instead of sherry vinegar, a half cup of oil and added some sugar to the mixture (it needed it and balanced out the vinegar taste well. I also added some fresh dill and a little sauteed garlic. This is going in a recipe scrap book I'm making for my friend who's getting married next month for sure. I love you Bobby! Definitely my go to cook always. Also, congrats on getting a cameo role on Entourage!!!

This was DELICIOUS! I tweeked it a bit, using red wine vinegar instead of sherry vinegar, used less oil and added garlic, fresh chives and dill. I just sliced my red peppers and onions, put them in a foil packet while grilling the potatoes. Will definetly make this again and again, well worth the extra time.

I just had to comment to the guy who said CRAP. First of all you and your family are probably used to traditional salads and such, because I have made alot of Bobby's recipes and they are always really good. You are probably not used to fresh cooking methods and marinades and such which this is how Bobby's foods are prepared. Which I think that preparing foods this way is the BEST way!!!!!!!! So you go Bobby Flay!!!!and by the way the salad was terrific!!!!!!! and I love your shows.

I made 3 recipes or 6# of potatoes - I made 1 and 1/2 recipes of vinegarette with balsamic vinegar and about 2 recipes of vegetables and it was delish! The only problem I had was that the recipe was not clear about if you boil the potatoes whole or slice and boil- I sliced and boiled and then laid each slice on the grill to get beautiful grill marks on each piece.

Bobby, you are the one of the best stars on Food Network. You show that you are so down to earth. You are the type of a host that interacts with every day people and show them such respect. The 19 year old that you had on this show could be an up and coming chef.He had a great personality and with guidance be a future TV chef or even on Challenge ( Another show you are great on . You knew his potential, I think its great you had him on the show.

Just, thought you needed to know how you come across to the public, beyond the fact that you make cooking look fun, enjoyable and challenging.
