Delicious and easy. We forgot to add the goat cheese and it was still delicious without it. We will definitely make this again.

The sherry wine vinegar, in my opinion, is a key ingredient. Love the video!

I agree with the mixed reviews, some of it worked and some didn?t. I was surprised to see the review about the radicchio not being at all bitter, because radicchio by its self is known to be very bitter, because of this we skipped it and went with spinach letting it wilt in with the salad. For my family it was much better fresh and a little warm, the potatoes and zucchini didn?t stand up well to being refrigerated. Not a great recipe, but I think with some adjustments you can make the theory work for your own tastes.

The Radiccio is very bitter. The combination of the sauce, potatoes and zucchini didn't mix well either, however, was all we could manage to eat in the dish. I added additional honey to the sauce to try to cut down the bitterness.

This one gets two thumbs down.

This is a easy recipe to make and is full of flavor! I stayed true to the recipe except I could not find the aged sherry wine vinegar at my local market so I substituted red wine vinegar. Had to add more honey to balance out the flavor of the sauce. It did make a lot of sauce although I noticed that the potatoes absorbed a lot of it. Probably could cut back on the sauce some if you wanted. The radicchio was very good and I did not find it bitter at all. The goat cheese really soften up when you mixed it in with the warm grilled veggies. A definite keeper and will make it again......once I find the aged sherry wine vinegar.

This recipe was awesome. I used Yukon Gold potatoes because that is what I had in the pantry. They worked just fine. Loved the flavor and texture of the grilled radicchio. Served it with grilled chicken. Will definitely make this again.

The flavors just didn't do it for me, and i followed the recipe exactly. The Raddichio was bitter and I just didn't care for it at all. I think next time this salad will be potato's with zuch's and goat cheese.. I even thought the dressing was too sweet..

Didn't like it at all Bobby, sorry. Tom's bacon steak probably would have been better.

I nuked potatoes and cut in half. Cut zucchini in 1/2 lengthwise and crosswise. Seasoned with S&P, brushed with olive oil and grilled over medium heat. Cut radicchio into quarters and secured with bamboo skewer, brushed with oilive oil and grilled. After grilling, cut zucchini into 1/2 inch pieces and chopped radicchio. The vegies were awesome simply grilled and I didn't see any improvement with the sauce. Also - recipes makes much more sauce than needed, if you choose to use. Sauce was very good - just not needed with the vegies.
