Bobby Flay has done it again! Hubby and I make it a point to use this recipe on a nice weather day after work --grilling out on the deck enjoying a glass of wine and watching our little westie play in the backyard. It is absolutely awesome--be brave, this recipe does not require cooking skill, it is easy to follow. All that is needed is a desire to enjoy a summer day on the deck with something yummy! Our next outing, his NY restaurant...

I am not a fan of oysters, so I tried the Mango Pico de Gallo with a favorite local (Honolulu, HI fish, Ahi. I got a slab, about 1 pound, 1 1/2 inch thick fresh Ahi Steak. I seared the Ahi and served with the Mango Pico de Gallo.

I'm also going to try it with a lime & tequila grilled chicken breast.

If you love oysters- you HAVE to try this! IT'S SO GOOD!!
