We ate 90% veg*an, and I am always looking for fruits and veggies for the grill. This recipes was easy and fun. I halved the recipe and cooked the "cobbler" in two small cast-iron skillets. This was easy and well worth!!

We made this with delicious peaches and it was awesome. I added some blueberries before putting it on the grill. I will dream about this! Thank you, Bobby

My husband followed this recipe, but he forgot to drizzle the cobbler with caramel
sauce at the end. I felt like the cobbler didn't need it. The butter and brown sugar
provided enough caramel taste and sweetness to the cobbler.

I've made this for my family several times and each time it just gets better and better. Its easy to make and the flavor from the grilled fruit adds a nice kick that tops it off. My family actually requests me to make it now. So I can't complain.

I followed another recipe to prepare the stone fruit (I used peaches, plums and nectarines--marinated it 15 min in mix of brown sug., little rum, little orange liqueur, cinnamon and vanilla. Watch the fruit on the grill carefully-doesn't take long. Made mine in 8x8 alum foil pan--no clean up! Topping didn't crisp a lot, but did crisp enough. I cut WAY back on sugar and butter--used crushed Kashi Go Lean cereal instead of granola. I had to stop myself from eating the whole pan it was so good!
