Bobby: Thanks for turning me on to grilled peaches are have been received well at my grill fests. I have found it easier to mix in the sugar and cinnamon in melted butter then spoon onto the grilled peach halves. I also finish them off by drizzling honey over them. Great treat.

These were amazing. I skipped the mint and served with vanilla ice cream. So yummy!

It's like peach cobbler without the "cobbler". Peach pie without the crust. Absolutely light and delicious with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUM.

These are good right off the grill but let them cool for 20-30 minutes and you won't be disappointed.

For Tony...it's actually pretty easy to pit the peaches. Take your chef knife and cut vertically down the peach, all the way around. Do this twice to make sure you get completely to the pit. Then on each side, use your knife to push the peach halves away from each other. Once you do this on each side it'll pop right apart.

Ok, I saw the show this morning, and thought the Grilled Peaches would be good with the Baby Back Ribs and Gilled Corn... So the only problem I had was, HOW DO YOU PIT PEACHES WITHOUT SMASHING THEM!!! Other then that I thought they were great.....
