I did not have the chile powder so my husband used the standard salt, pepper and garlic on the steak but the butter was out of this world good!!! My husband is a great steak griller and so "my addition" to the meal was such a hit. He was very impressed so the butter will be in my fridge for quick use from now on. Bobby you are the BOMB!!!

These were easy and delicious! The hardest park was crushing the peppercorns!

This was the best grilling recipe for T-Bone's I have ever tasted.
I have shared your recipe's with my family and friends. They totally agree.
Thanks for sharing!

Wow! It is typical that I burn grilling items despite the fact I'm an excellent cook in the kitchen. This was wonderful! I served roasted potatoes with the steak and the best part was using the butter in Bobby's recipe for the steak, on corn on the cob on the grill. I used the butter all over the top of the corn and wrapped it in foil. This was wonderful with the meal. Thanks Bobby for another great recipe.

We had this dish for Christmas and it was great. It was much easier to handle than a turkey or some other traditional meat but still had a formal feel to it. Although the recipe is for 8 steaks we did 5 and it was fine, we just lessened the recipe amounts a little. The butter was much better than I thought it was going to be but it added a wonderful subtle taste to the steak after the peppercorns. Overall a great meal.

It doesn't get any better than this. Easy to make and taste great. Better than I have had in most restaurants.

I'm looking for 31 recipes that I can repeat once a month. It needs to be great and easy to make. This one works in fact it's probably in my top ten. I don't use as much black pepper as is called for;but, close. I've tried adding chili powder and parsley to the butter. It all works; but, this is as good as it gets. Try it with yorkshire pudding or popovers.
