So it's not a traditional
Philly ... who cares what the sandwich is called? It tastes great! I usually like my cheesesteak with provolone but that's just me. I'm lov'n the sauce on this one. Yummmm!

I am amazed at how easy and tasty this meal was. I will absolutely make it again, So simple and SO delicious. GREAT recipe, I would recommend it to anyone.

This was my first attempt to make something from the FOOD NETWORK and it came out great It had a very nice flavor and the chese sause can be used for many other things.It was Very easy to follow and fun to make. Its so easy even a 15 year old like me could make it

I am originally from the Philly area...and this is a nice upgrade of the traditional recipe for me! My only complaint was that I like my cheese sauce a little thicker than this one! Otherwise, I am sure this will be made again in my house!

This is a great family meal.. It is easy and tastes great. To save money you can use a pepper or skirt steak in place of the filet's and just tenderize them.

great recipe that follows a traditional method of cooking...careful with the rue, too much flower will kill sauce
