WE loved it! Made this over the weekend on the grill, turned out delicous, the crunchy, crispy crust was the BEST. I was not sure about using the cheeses that Bobby has in the recipe- followed it exactly. Glad we did. The fontina and ricotta added flavor sensations and textures:creamy, almost forgot to add the basil vinegarette at the end... this added even more flavor. Tasted like we had been at a reasturant where they have wood fired ovens, but it was our backyard charcoal grill! We are making this again!

This was great! The sauce is absolutely fabulous--I may use it as a salad dressing. I used Sprouts dough for the pizzas as I didnt want to make my own dough. There seemed to be a few too many peppers in the recipe so you may want to reduce that amount. Too mix it up, I also added mushrooms and shaved (with a potato peeler zuchini and yellow squash. This would be fun to do at a party--you could have a plate of toppings (pregrilled sausage, onion and peppers and let everyone make their own pizzas.

This is a great appetizer or dinner pizza. I used red, yellow and orange peppers and baked it in the over vs the grill. I added shredded mozzerella with the fontina, becaase I had a handful to use up. I skipped the ricotta and thought that there was way too much of the vinagrette for the amount of pizza...but it was very tasty. Took it to a BBQ as an appetizer and it went super quick!

This pizza was so good, my husband said it was the best pizza he had ever had. I used mozzarella cheese instead of fontina and regular ricotta cheese because that's what I had, but it was delicious!

Missing: a dash of chili. I tried this recipe yesterday for our neighbors. They loved it. I made it a bit more spicy for them and I used Buffalo meat instead. The children enjoyed it as well. My daughter said that it was too spicy and that it could probably burn off a birthmark. haha. I try to be hip and innovative with these recipes. We learned to eat spicier and more daring ingredients from our time spent in Phoenix, AZ. Sometimes my crazy recipes require medical attention afterwards. :-

all's I can say is "OH MY". I cook all the time and we love making grilled pizza. This by far is one of the best recipes ever!!! The combination of grilled onions and peppers is wonderful. I used chicken sausage instead and placed the ricotta on the pizza before I put in the oven so it melted just a little. Delicious!! Thanks Bobby this will be a staple on our menu. Can't wait to use it when company is over :

I made this meal with my children, and we ALL loved it. To me the onions add a little itsy kick to it and the peppers (depending on the ones you used added a sweet-spice taste.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING RECIPE! SO DELICIOUS! Any of you have extra veggies and ricotta mixture once you assembled your pizzas? I found a great way to use all the leftover products that didn't make it on the pizzas. For the extra ricotta mixture, use it for baked lasagna! Then, use the leftover grilled veggies on top of a crisp romaine salad with Italian dressing to be the side dish for your lasagna. 2 meals with 1 recipe!

Best pizza I've ever tasted. Definitely worth the time it takes to make it.

Great pizza especially if you like something a little different and not just your standard tomato sauce and cheese. My husband doesn't like ricotta so I did his without and it was just as tasty.
