This was very good! But is it just me or is there some trick to get the edges of the pizza dough not to hang over the grates of the grill on the ends? I think I need some sort of a grilling tray for this. I also had a hard time getting the crust to cook without it burning a bit. However, it was delicious and everyone loved it!

This recipe was amazing. I sliced up the fontina rather than shredding it. I also left out the ricotta and basil vinagrette and just topped with fresh oregano and basil.

This was so amazing! The best pizza I have ever made by far. I used a gluten free homemade pizza crust and the texture and taste was perfect grilled on the bbq! I also did a vegi version using grilled asparagus and mushrooms, paired with goat cheese and fontina cheese. Both were absolutely delicious. My children even loved the peppers and onions ( and they are not vegi lovers on this pizza. I didn't find it time consuming, but then again I LOVE to cook, it took a little over an hour from start to eat time ~ but well worth it.

This was very light and fresh. The vinaigrette was amazing and the perfect accent for the dish. Next time I'll only use one of each pepper because I had a considerable amount left over. I have to say this will be a regular dish for my house. Bobby does it again.

Throughly enjoyed. Made husbands without peppers and onions - I think I liked it best that way. Loved the ricotta mixture and the basil vinaigrette. It did take awhile only because I made the dough from stratch. Thanks Bobby!

Cooked it on the Big Green Egg - geez - seriously good!

We only made the Basil Vinaigrette to pour over a different veggie pizza recipe that I have and it was AMAZING!! This is a new favorite item in our house! I'll be making this dressing for all kinds of uses now. It is so yummy. Only note, I added about a tsp of fresh lemon juice to it ... it needed some citrus, desperately! It was perfect after that! Everyone at our party RAVED over it!! Huge hit. Mmm. Thanks, Bobby!

Like the previous review, it is time consuming! Believe every minute of the time it takes from the recipe. Next time I try this one it won't be the middle of the week.

Excellent blend of flavors that all seem to accentuate the others in the mouthful. Juiciness of the grilled peppers and onions are the perfect combination with the spiciness of the sausage which is then blunted by the ricotta blend which is itself turned on by the viniagrette which sets off the peppers and onions...

This recipe will be making a comeback this summer!!

This pizza is sooo good. The combination of flavors is outstanding. The recipe is time consuming but definitely worth it. Also, you could always grill up the veggies, meat, and dough ahead of time.

It EXPLODES with flavor! We loved it! I have fresh basil and oregano in my garden, and was happy to find this way to use it. It is a bit of work, but well worth it. Cant' wait to share it with others.
