First, I never post reviews and decided to because this pizza was widely loved by my family. While it is time consuming it is well worth it if you are a lover of flavor and crunch. Try to prepare veggies prior to cooking. My family and I also enjoyed cooking this together. You do not want to miss this one. We love you food network!

My husband didn't want to try this because he thought it would end in disaster....but we prevailed! This was so easy and all of the ingredients worked so well. One of the tastiest pizzas I have ever had. This is a great recipe for entertaining because you can prep a lot of it ahead of time. I highly recommend!

I just made this for the second time. My husband said it is better than dessert. The only modification I made was to spread a little of the Ricotta mixture on the crust before I add the other ingredients. I also grated 2 cloves of garlic into the ricotta mixture. Very tasty.

What a great recipe. It does take some time but it's worth it. I 'm going to try the recipe with a bobili just for time sake but it's awesome with grilling the pizza dough first.

Although I was not able to grill the pizza I used the same recipe in the oven and it turned out great. I did attemp to use the amount of ingredients it called for but it was too much for a Boboli crust so I piled on what we could. The pizza alone without the ricotta cheese is also excellent. But maybe thats because I only like ricotta in lasagna. Otherwise this is a great pizza.

I haven't made this exact BF version but ever since I saw an episode when he grilled pizza dough I have been using his method frequently, to rave reviews. I buy the dough in a tube when I am pressed for time, roll it out with cornmeal and grill it and it's amazingly good. I usually finsh it in the oven so I can be inside finishing other sides or just cooling off from this wicked Atlanta heat!

Made this for the family tonight and it was very well received. It took a little over an hour from start to finish and was well worth the time spent.
