Little salty, but it was tasty. I liked the chili sauce. I did not have red thai chili, so I substituted with serrano.

Had lots of friends over for BBQ--I did two shish kabob types. One was so so and every raved about this one. I didn't do the chile sauce so I can't comment about that, but this marinade was the best--kind of sweet. I grilled them on a traeger wood fired grill. I will do this one again. The pork tenderloin is a wonder cut--oh so tender. It melted in your mouth

Absolutely amazing and tender pork. Truly does not need the chili sauce as the marinade on the pork is so flavorful. I used a grill pan so that probably helped to keep the marinade on it.

Delicious! Very tender and full of flavor. Didn't have Thai red chili for the Chili Sauce but substituted with red pepper flakes. Will definitely prepare again - a real hit!

Delicious! I'm sure I completely changed the recipe by substituting chinese stir fry sauce for the oyster sauce, but we absolutely loved it. Marinated the pork for the full 4 hours and it was perfectly tender. The dipping sauce was really spicy but a perfect compliment. We will definitely make this a regular meal in our house. Served with a spicy margarita and my boyfriend LOVED it!

This came out very very good :
I used red pimientos peppers instead of Thai peppers -because that's what I had in my pantry at the time- and it came out nice and sweet, no hotness at all. I like hot, too, but this is a nice option. Instead of dirtying two pans, i chopped the meat up and marinated it in a large bowl that I mixed the marinade in in the first place. And I put this over rice, as well, and added some tomatoes to the skewers when I grilled the meat. It tasted great!

This is a great recipe. Might be a bit salty for some folks, between the marinade and the fish sauce in the chili sauce. But if you are eating small portions the meat is a really tasty bite! I recommend plain white rice as a good contrast for the strong flavors. I used pork loin instead of tenderloin, and also some boneless, skinless chicken *****.
