This glaze and sauce are fantastic. Not only good on Pork but great on Chicken. This is a recipe I have passed along to my friends and family. 5 stars Plus.

This was very easy to prepare. My husband said the flavor had "restaurant quality". It was excellent. I used the apricot preserves because I couldn't find the quava jelly. I served it over teriyaki rice and then drizzled the habanero mojo over the pork. Great presentation for company.

I loved the way the glaze browned the pork, however i dont think you need the sauce, seemed to be over powering.Nice for dinner party.

This is probably the best recipe for pork I have ever tried. The pork came out fork tender, very flavorful, and just enough spice for a little kick. Both sauces were very good. Try this with fried sweet plantains. Excellent!

Excellent, flavorable, tenderloin was soft that it melts in mouth with the mojo it tasted as though eating candy.
