While the glaze added a great flavor to the pork, there were a lot of ingredients and it took quite a bit of time to prepare. Next time, I would probably just use a marinade out of the jar and save some time and money.

We've been grilling these pork tenderloins, ever since we first saw, Bobby Grill these.
We found the Guava Marmalade at our local Hawaiian Store.
It is simply the easiest and a sure hit during the summer grilling season, which is approaching quickly.
The Habanero Mojo is simply kick-ass!

I enjoy making this recipe for my family. Since we don't have guava marmalade, orange marmalade works just fine. It is relatively easy to make and the Mojo is what makes it superb. Try it and I guarantee you will love it.

The pork was great, although the cooking time as stated was not long enough. Total cooking time was closer to 20 or 25 minutes. The guava glaze was very nice, but the Mojo made the meal. I have a low tolerance for spicy food, but even I could appreciate the flavor of the mojo. For those who enjoy spicy food and tried it - they loved it! We served the mojo on the side. This was a relatively simple meal, but very impressive.

It wasn't as good as expected. Husband loved it but I didn't think it was worth all the effort. Went to 3 stores looking for guava marmalade with no success so ended up just using apricot which worked fine. The mojo added a nice kick but took a long time to reduce and was very watery. I would skip the mojo next time and just use the glaze.

This was just fantasic and the raves I received were that it was the best grilled pork any of them had ever had. The only concern/problem I experienced was the habanero pepper. It made the mojo soooo hot. I used th mojo sparingly - may-be one tablespoon out of the three cups I made. I was concerned that it would make the pork too hot to eat. Next time I will use a quarter of the amount of habanero in the mojo.

I was unable to find guava marmalade, but I used a pineapple/passionfruit marmalade as a substitute. I served this at a cookout and was a huge hit.
