    This recipe was a big hit, even though I substituted Poblano for the Habenero. I usually like to do no replacements until I've prepared it exactly as planned. However, I have a low threshold for hot chile's, and I can't even work with habenaro. Even with the Poblano substitute, it was a big hit for a big group. If you can't handle Habenero, I suggest substituing with the hottest pepper you can handle and just use a litte more of it than the poblano.

    This entire menu ROCKED! My guests couldn't get enough. The pork was fabulous. Definitely worth the effort.
