    Love this version. Not as heavy as traditional potato salad. The Vinaigrette gives the potatoes a great flavor. Served it for a family party and had several people request the recipe. I live in Phoenix--anything I can do on my grill is a big plus!

    Impressive at our last party - I even just heated the potatoes under the broiler instead of grilling. The favorite dish at our dinner party of ten! No leftovers :(

    Yum! Warm potatoes, crunchy watercress. This is an awesome dish! Easy to make. Highly recommend trying it.

    Excellent. This one is in my keeper book. Haven't used the watercress yet, is very good without. Simple and nice accompaniment to grilled chicken or beef.
