    Did not like the dressing at all. Too sour and I followed the quantities and directions exactly. The potatoes come out very dry when grilled.

    The sauce is fantastic. I used with potatoes and I had guests who wanted to put it on the steak too. I think this would be great with a white fish as well.

    These Argentinean Steak Fries are amAZEing! Huge hit at our dinner party. I dusted with the smoked paprika before the grill. That's the only think i did different. 5 Stars!

    I made this recipe last night and enjoyed it. The potatoes were ok, a little on the boring side by themselves so those would be 3 stars. However, the sauce everyone really enjoyed and would give that a 5 star rating, which is where I came to my 4 star overall score.

    I used Yukon Gold potatoes. I also steamed them before I grilled them. So the grill was just need for the charbroiled taste. I love the sauce and think it would be excellant for any grilled or fried vegetables. It might even work on fish. It reminds me of the dipping sauce you get with the colossal fried onions only not hot and a little more tart. I agree you can ajust the tartness by using more or less lemon juice. It is amazing.

    Grilled this and had great reviews from family will do it again if too tart just cut the amount of lemon. please do the chimi churi steak ....Killer

    Just what I needed for a catering event for the Masons. Just really needed how long to par boil potatoes. Let you know tomorrow how it turns out.

    Nice way to grill the potatoes but wasn't thrilled with the sauce. It was a little too much vinegar taste for me.

    this recipe is fantastic. we are Mexican's and never have tried Argentinian food.
    the recipe is easy to follow and creates for a great meal to talk about the flavors of this exciting meal. great idea with half boiled potatoes, ready to grill in minutes, the sauce was a great addition to the wedges. overall the sauces were easy to make, and not difficult to combine.
    thank you Bobby Flay for an exciting new dish that we will make regularly with our family.

    Followed this recipe as written EXCEPT used small, red potatoes, cooked and cut in half. The smoky paprika mayo makes a great BBQ potato saladtoo! Thanks Bobby. Annie , Fremont , CA
