The recipe is amazing! I made it for my husband, who is from the state of Veracruz in Mexico. He loved seafood and I've never made prawns before. We both loved this dish. I did buy the prawns with the shell on but I bought them deveined. The only thing that I want to try for the next time I make this dish is to put it with pasta and possibly add some "media crema" or Mexican table cream, not sour cream, to the vinaigrette to make a thicker sauce for the pasta.

My family and I really like this. The habanero that I got was a little week for us, I was expecting it to be spicier so maybe next time, I'll add more of that but it was great! I will definitely make again. You could take off the shells so it marinates better as well.

I knew the vinaigrette would be really hot, so I used a couple of serranos instead. It went very well with the shrimp. I just wrote a review for Bobby's scallop and pesto recipe, and I think I misspelled "jalapenos". Really bad for an English teacher.
