Ingredients
  • Yogurt-Mint Dressing:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, drained in fine sieve about 30 minutes
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup mint chiffonade
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
