My first review in years of using food network. Find it hard to believe this is Bobby Flay's creation. Made lots of his stuff all good, nothing like this (yuck. I like grilled onions too!! Maybe I did something wrong, but this one is going in the trash can.

great dish and a very subtle but flavorful accompaniment to an Indian dish. Lots of chopping though.

The grilled red onions were sweet and crunchy which created a wonderful contrast with the yogurt-mint dressing which had a slight tangy flavor. A very refreshing summer salad and it made a ton.
