SO simple & SO good!! I roasted the potatoes in the oven & used feta cheese because that is what I had on hand. I will definitely make this again & again!

This is a new hit with my family. I didn't grill my potatoes, I roasted them in the oven with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. The bleu cheese wasn't very strong. I might try feta cheese next time. Super easy and delicious!

Seriously unbelievable and I'm not really a big vinegar fan. The only thing I did differently was roast the potatoes the whole time in the oven to cook. Soooooo good!

I'm always searching for new spins on potato salad, and this was unlike anything I'd ever seen. I made it for a cookout (I doubled the recipe for 50 people, and it was the talk of the party (well, that, and Paula Deen's pimento cheese. The tang of the vinaigrette, the sharp creaminess of the blue cheese, and the unexpected smoky grilled potatoes had people going nuts over it. Not to mention that it looked great all spread out on a huge white platter. There are two things I'll do differently next time. First, I served it at room temp, but I think it would have been better served either a little warm or a little cool. Second, I felt like it needed something - not a lot of something, but something - to bind it together a bit. Maybe just a touch of mayo or sour cream, just to make the potatoes stick together a bit. Otherwise, perfection. Gracias Bobby Flay.

This was a big hit! I had to substitute chopped, smoked ham for bacon, granulated onion and fresh chives. Tossed with blue cheese dressing when cool. FABULOUS!

Wow. I had doubts, but all the five stars made me try. So very, very good. Even better the next day. Everyone raved about it. I will be making this again. A great take on a traditional German potato salad, but better.

I did not like potato salad of any type until I had this one. Never liked the mayo based or the hot German vinegar ones. If you take this to a gathering, it will be the first dish to be empty, guarenteed!!

We'll be proud to bring this to a family gathering tomorrow! LOVE it. Had to put a padlock on the fridge so my husband can't eat a good portion of it tonight and leave me with a pitiful amount to bring to the party. I made a mistake and stirred in the blue cheese, but it's still good, just messier looking. But, who cares when it's this delicious?!

I substituted apple cider vinegar, and it's a little sweeter and lacks a bit of the good bite that white wine vinegar would have provided, but it was still absolutely delicious. Just mentioning it in case, like me, you realized you didn't have any white wine vinegar mid recipe.

Will be making this again and again.

I made this tonight and it was amazing. By far the best potato salad I have ever had. I hope to convert everyone I know. Say good bye to that nasty mayo and egg salad!
